To celebrate International Senior Men's Day Woodhaven Men Shed is hosting a SENIOR MEN'S HEALTH FAIR. The event is on Nov 18 from 11:30 to 4 and is held at the Westwood Community Church at 401 Westwood Dr. Everyone is invited!
The Woodhaven Band is performing at 11:45.Numerous local organisations serving seniors will have booths.
1 pm we have a panel on Men's health with speakers from the Prostate Centre, Canadian Mental Health Ass as well as Heart Health.
2 pm Our panel is on Aging In Place.
Come join us on Tuesdays at 1 for Chair exercises. A qualified teacher will lead the class in stretching and strengthening movements.
